Our returns policy

We want you to be happy with new jersey, If it isn't quite right, returns are free and easy.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resealable condition.
  • We recommend trying your jersey on in a cycling position to check the fit before your first ride.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have clearly been worn on the road.

How to return

Returns are free of charge. Just follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Send your order number and address to info@blomcycling.com.
  2. Print your label: We will email you a prepaid shipping label (usually PostNL or DHL).
  3. Post it: Attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest service point.
  4. Get paid: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We are happy to swap it at no extra cost.

The same conditions apply to exchanges and returns:

  • You email us within 14 days of receiving your package.
  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resealable condition.
  • We recommend trying your jersey on in a cycling position to check the fit before your first ride.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have clearly been worn on the road.

Email us at info@blomcycling.com with your order number and the size you need. If the item is in stock, we’ll arrange the exchange. If it’s sold out, we will issue a full refund instead.
