We are committed to processing your order quickly so you can get out and ride! Please note that all delivery times are estimations and may be extended slightly due to the unique, hands-on nature of our small operation.
We are a small, hands-on brand. We aim to process and pack your order within 1–2 business days before handing it over for shipment.
For reliable domestic and international shipping, we primarily use trusted services like PostNL and DHL.
Since we are based in the Netherlands, most EU orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days (this includes the 1–2 days needed for processing).
Delivery times outside of the EU vary significantly by destination. While we will dispatch your order quickly, please allow 7–14+ business days for transit.
Yes, for orders shipping to non-EU countries (such as the USA or the UK), customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Due to customs procedures that can sometimes cause delays, we will contact you directly before sending the item to confirm the shipment.
Yes, please note that from December through January, the Blom Cycling team is temporarily based in South Africa. During this time, shipment to the EU will take longer, but delivery times within South Africa will be faster.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel great in your unique Blom gear. If the item isn't quite right, here is our simple process for returns and exchanges.
Yes, absolutely. We offer a full refund for any item that is returned in its original, unworn condition. To start your return process, please send an email to blomcycling@gmail.com stating that you wish to return your item and include the original order number and size. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original state, the full refund will be processed promptly back to your original payment method. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Yes, we are happy to facilitate an exchange if the size isn't quite right. Please email us at blomcycling@gmail.com with your original order details and the new size you require.
