Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to processing your order quickly so you can get out and ride! Please note that all delivery times are estimations and may be extended slightly due to the unique, hands-on nature of our small operation.

How long does it take to process my order?

We are a small, hands-on brand. We aim to process and pack your order within 3-4 business days before handing it over for shipment.

What shipping carriers do you use?

For reliable domestic and international shipping, we primarily use trusted services like PostNL and DHL.

What are the estimated delivery times within the EU?

Since we are based in the Netherlands, most EU orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days (this excludes the 3-4 days needed for processing).

Do you ship outside the EU?

No, we only ship within the EU.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel great in your unique Blom gear. If the item isn't quite right, here is our simple process for returns and exchanges.

Can I return an item for a refund?

Yes, to be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resealable condition.
  • We recommend trying your jersey on in a cycling position to check the fit before your first ride.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have clearly been worn on the road.

    Returns are free of charge. Just follow these steps:
  1. Email us: Send your order number and address to info@blomcycling.com.
  2. Print your label: We will email you a prepaid shipping label (usually PostNL or DHL).
  3. Post it: Attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest service point.
  4. Get paid: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we are happy to swap it at no extra cost. The same conditions apply to exchanges and returns:

  • You email us within 14 days of receiving your package.
  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resealable condition.
  • We recommend trying your jersey on in a cycling position to check the fit before your first ride.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have clearly been worn on the road.

Email us at info@blomcycling.com with your order number and the size you need. If the item is in stock, we’ll arrange the exchange. If it’s sold out, we will let you know via email, then you can start the returns process for a refund.
